To kick-off PSCR 2020, Todd Early, Assistant Chief of Infrastructure Operations at the Texas Department of Public Safety and Chair of FirstNet's Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) delivers the keynote address. Then, PSCR's Division Chief, Dereck Orr, shares an introduction to PSCR 2020: The Digital Experience and a brief overview of PSCR's history. Mr. Orr reviews important program updates and impacts from the past year and learn more about the future focus of PSCR.
