Dr. Karthik Krishnan is a NIST international Associate in the Advanced Electronics Group in the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division since 2023. Previously, he worked as SERB research scientist & Assistant professor at CSIR-Central electrochemical research institute, India. His research expertise in the area of atomic electronics including MIM-based atomic switches for ReRAM and Neuromorphic computing. Karthik’s current research interests include studying the reliability of gate oxide in wide bandgap semiconductor-based devices.
