Abstract
Theory and experience have shown that it is difficult to compress to high densities mixtures of hard particles such as SiC and as-atomized high strength aluminum alloys such as 7075. This work examines the compressibility and mechanical properties of blends of SiC and 7075 aluminum made by different powder processing routes.Citation
