Abstract

This presentation describes assessment activities at the Research Library of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. It is to be part of a session on Using Outcome Tracking to Plan Our Futures at the Special Libraries 2003 Annual Conference, June 10, 2003.Session description: Evidence that our services and products contribute to the bottom line can help us when we are planning and negotiating budgets; both in terms of tactical needs and long term strategic direction.
