Applicant laboratories may select the test methods and calibration parameters for inclusion on their scopes of accreditation through the NVLAP Interactive Web System (NIWS) — a secure, self-service web portal. The program-specific NVLAP application forms are no longer maintained and have been removed from NVLAP's website.

This list contains several thousand entries and may be searched by laboratory accreditation program, product designation, or key words.
