Abstract

We address two important performance limitations of commonly available spatial light modulations. First we present a method for the determination of modulation transfer function and amplitude modulation from CCD captures of imaged gratings. Second, we describe a new method for estimating spatial non-uniformities and optical non-flatness of an entire LC panel.
