Purpose

The Provenance Chain™ Network will create a reference implementation of the Commercial Trust™ Protocol (CTP) to manage verifiable credentials (VCs), metrology, and intellectual property, enhancing hardware security, and provenance tracking of microelectronic components across supply chains.  

Activities to be performed

The awardee will develop a solution that captures and manages metrology data, integrating direct measurements and contextual manufacturing data across numerous inputs.         

Expected Outcomes

 The advancements will enhance hardware security and provenance tracking of microelectronics components across supply chains for analysis and development advances.        

Intended Beneficiaries

The supply chain associated with the U.S. microelectronics industry. 

Subrecipient Activities

The recipient plans to subaward funds for consultant services in metrology within the semiconductor industry to develop and align their solution.
