Baldrige Best Practice Spotlight Listing
The Baldrige Best Practice Spotlight was developed as part of the Baldrige Reimagined initiative to expand recognition opportunities for high-performing organizations that are finalists for the Baldrige Award.
The Baldrige Best Practice Spotlight recognizes an approach, activity, or initiative in an area of importance to the organization and/or the nation with a positive impact and good results.
Organizations that receive Baldrige Best Practice Spotlight are recognized in the news release announcing the Baldrige Award recipients, receive a promotional image to use in their communications, and are invited to share their best practices in a session at The Quest for Excellence® conference the following year.

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is an Alaska Native nonprofit 501c(3) health care system, which provides health care and related services to Alaska Native and American Indian people. Southcentral Foundation, with 33 facilities in and around Anchorage, also provides care to 55 remote village sites, many of which are accessible only by plane. It employs 2800 employees, of whom 53 percent are Alaska Native or American Indian people.
