Mass spectrometric study of 1,2,4- and 1,3,4-oxadiazoles containing indole substituents.

April 1, 1986
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Rosa Ushakova, Vladimir G. Zaikin, VI Kelarev, GA Shveikhgeimer
Under electron ionization major fragmentation pathways for indolyloxadiazoles proceed via cleavage of C-O, C-N and N-O bonds in the oxadiazole ring. Skeletal rearrangements due to a migration of aryl groups are detected for diaryl1,3,4-oxadiazoles.

Silylation of carbonyl compounds in a chromate-mass spectrometer column

March 1, 1986
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Alexey Yatsenko, Leonid S. Glebov, Vladimir G. Zaikin
General and specific fragmentation pathways of trimethylsilyl derivatives of ketones and aldehydes under electron ionization are determined. The derivatives are obtained as a result of on-column silylation.

Chemical methods in organic mass spectrometry

January 1, 1986
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Vladimir G. Zaikin
The book describes various derivatization approaches employed prior GC-MS experiments for structure elucidation of organic compounds.

Mass Spectrometry of Organic Compounds

January 1, 1986
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Vladimir G. Zaikin, Nikolai Vul'fson
Tutorial book on mass spectrometry, instrumentation and mainly fragmentation of organic compounds.

A thermochemical study of dissociative ionization of 4,4,-dimethyl-1-thia-4-silacyclohexane and 2,3,3-trimethyl-1-thiacyclopentane. decomposition pathways produce a dimethylsilanethione ion-radical [Me2Si=S]+

Author(s)
Natalya Tarasenko, Vera Volkova, Vladimir G. Zaikin, Alexander Tishenkov, Vitaly Avakyan, leonid Guselnikov, Mikhael Voronkov, SV Kirpichenko, EN Suslova, Anzor I. Mikaia
Electron impact and photoionization mass spectrometry methods are employed for the study of dissociative ionization of 4,4-dimethyl-l-thia-4-silacyclohexane and 2,3,3- trimethyl-l-thia-3- silacyclopentane. The ionization energies and appearance energies of

Pyrolysis of silicon-containing cyclic polysulphides

June 1, 1985
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, EA Chernishev, Oleg Kuzmin, AV Lebedev, Vladimir G. Zaikin
Pulse pyrolysys - GC-MS method is applied for the study of thermal decomposition of of silicon- containing monocyclic polysulphides.

Mechanism of Gas-Phase Hydrogenation of Alicyclic Ketones on Iron Catalyst: Effective

May 1, 1985
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Leonid S. Glebov, Vladimir Smetanin, Vladimir G. Zaikin, George A. Kliger, Sergai Loktev
Mechanism of gas phase hydrogenation of cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone over a fused iron catalyst by “Reaction GC-MS” presented. The study involves on-line deuterogenation and on-column silylation of reaction products. It is established that cyclanone

Reaction gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Communication 5. Determination of the position of a double bond in alkenes using selective deuteration in the column of a gas Chromatograph-mass spectrometer.

March 1, 1985
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Vladimir Smetanin, Vladimir G. Zaikin, Valentin Vdovin
A GC-MS method is developed for the determination of double bond location in alkenes based on comparative analysis of the mass spectra of corresponding alkanes and their vicinal Dideutero-analogs obtained via online hydrogenation and selective deuteration

October 1, 1984
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Leonid S. Glebov, Vladimir G. Zaikin, OA Lesik, EV Marchevskaya, George A. Kliger, Sergai Loktev
Reaction gas chromatography–mass spectrometry is applied to establish optimal conditions for the synthesis of bi- and tricyclic saturated hydrocarbons. Further optimization of the reaction was carried out in a pilot plant.

Reaction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. 4—structure elucidation of cyclic sulphides by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with the use of on-line hydrodesulphurization.

September 1, 1984
Author(s)
Anzor I. Mikaia, Elena Trusova, Vladimir G. Zaikin, Naum Volinsky, Elena Karaulova, Gregory Galpern
A GC-MS method is developed for structure determination of thiacyclanes. It is based on online gas- phase hydro- and deutero-desulfurization on Raney nickel after GC separation and before MS analysis.
