HFBS Furnace
The design of this furnace is the same as F01 except that it was modified to fit into the HFBS spectrometer. Because of these modifications this is the only instrument it can be used on. Like F01 this furnace has a resistive niobium foil heater surrounded by niobium heat shields and then a water cooled outer vacuum can. The sample stick has a threaded stud for sample can mounting and holes so samples can be hung using high temperature wire.
