5P for Electromagnets
The 5 position changer is a multi-sample changer used with the two larger SANS electromagnets. The changer moves vertically between the magnetic poles and can be controlled with the data acquisition software.
1" by 1" cadmium foils with 10mm diameter apertures define the beam path. Sample holders should be 0.99" by 0.99" with over-sized holes in opposite corners to easily fit into position.
